The Beauty in Small Things

An exploration in composition and different mediums using the same drawing done by the same student. This student drew a key, safety pin and a fancy button together in one composition (you can see the set-up of the objects on the left).  She started with the pencil drawing and then did a version shaded with graphite. She took it one step further and shaded another version using strictly pens with stippled shading. The final piece was done with india ink and a brush.
